I visited the Chase sapphire lounge on my layover, I only had about 30 minutes to spare but nevertheless I had an awesome experience here. Each table has a QR code that you can use to order off of the menu - I had noodles, salad, and fries along with the sapphire cocktail (can also be ordered nonalcoholic). The food came out pretty quick (about 5-10 minutes) and it was delicious. The lounge was fairly busy but not overly crowded and the service was great. Overall I had a wonderful visit here and can't wait to try it again sometime soon!

Hands down the best airport lounge at Logan airport. This lounge is accessible from Terminal B, C and E (yes also E, it's a 10min walk). They always have a variety of small plates, each unique in its own way. You can also scan a QR code to get a made to order meals. As a frequent traveller I look forward to coming here before my flights. They have a lot of space and honestly the food here is better than a majority of restaurants IN Boston. I've also tried the massage chair. You can book it through the QR code. They also have showers available but I've never felt the need to book that service. If you're a Sapphire Reserve card holder, eat/drink here! You won't be disappointed.

Give yourself extra time at Logan to check out the Chase Sapphire Lounge because it's so worth it! LOCATION: The lounge is located in Terminal B and accessible through Terminal C. Entrance is easy to spot. Depending on how busy it is, there may be someone at the entrance putting people on a waitlist. You have to take the elevators up to get to the lounge. SEATING: The space itself is fairly large and nicely designed. Vibes are great. FOOD: There's small buffet section where you can grab small dishes. Otherwise, there's a QR code on the table where you can order entrees, drinks, desserts. The pork Milanese and burger were fantastic and very delicious! They have a great selection of items and all are high quality. BATHROOMS: Lounge bathrooms are important and the ones here are fairly clean! I wish they played louder music in here so it's more private.

First off.. this lounge is Top TIER! By far the best airport lounge I've ever been to and certainly on the top list for lounges in general. It's the ambiance for me... the colors, the variety of seat selections. You can order off a menu but also cafeteria style grab and go options (to sit down and eat that is). The bartenders usually are the friendliest, you can order off the menu or walk to the bar and ask them to make you something. I even had one give me a mini wine tasting before I chose my selection which she was happy to do. Oh and the massage chair... thank God I was the last one in line because I could not break away from it! Try the Royal Treatment option. Only thing that stops from 5 star it wasn't quick 5 star service. Servers can use some enthusiasm.. maybe an extra smile or 2... And I wanted to use the shower but there were no shower slippers. A shower at the airport seems to me would be an absolute necessity to provide slippers for the guests.

They saved me, landed Boston after 11 hours to have my connection canceled with no new flight for hours. Apparently, you can only use the lounge 3 hours before departure but I had none and they too pity on me. Bless you guys. Easily booked the shower you get :30 minutes and it was heaven. Also 30 minutes in the relaxation "pod" just a curtained off space with a lazy boy and ottoman. The food and drinks are very nice and the QR code is the modern way to get or reserve anything.

I went here early on a weekday. Very nicely decorated and lots of space to work and / or chill before your flight. Not too loud and nicely lit. Made to order food is available with table service by scanning a QR code at the table. I went to the buffet and had a nice bowl with brown rice, avocado, egg and kale. Other buffet items that were available included French toast, pancakes, huevos rancheros, oatmeal and pastries. There seemed to be a lot of workers. However, at the same time, there were many items that had run out and were not stocked (forks, napkins, milk / cream for coffee etc.). Bar was not open so I can't comment on the cocktails. Multiple bars were available. Not as great as I was expecting but still nice for a lounge.

One of the best lounges I've been to. Had an early flight back. Lounge offers a nice view of the airport and we saw the sunrise in the lounge. They offered a number of different food items but we stuck with the options. We ordered the cauliflower fried rice. It was good but maybe too healthy for me... hehehe. Staff was attentive and checked us in right away just by showing the Chase card. They have different coffee choices and other drinks. Definitely worth a visit if you have Priority pass or a Chase card.

Overall: 4.6/5 This is one of the best airport lounges we've visited. The space feels luxurious, and the customer service is excellent. Each table has a QR code to order hot, fresh food, which is delivered right to your seat. There's also a small buffet-style setup with a selection of desserts and appetizers. The clam chowder was fantastic, the honey chicken was decent, and the kale salad was fresh and tasty. The apple cobbler was delicious--just the right amount of sweetness. At the bar, we tried four different drinks. The La Puerta mezcal cocktail was the standout--expertly crafted, balanced, and tasted like something you'd get from a high-end cocktail bar. The Sapphire cocktail was interesting but felt unbalanced, with the gin overpowering the other ingredients. I'd never had a Clover Club before, so I can't compare it, but the Clover Leaf version wasn't for me--it was too sour. Lastly, the Forest Flavor had good individual elements like Japanese whiskey, honey, and sage, but they didn't come together as a cohesive drink.

This is definitely one of my favorite lounges within the US that I've been to. All Priority Pass member get access to this lounge located on the 4th floor and once you get off the elevator you are immediately welcomed to the space and surrounded by a really aesthetically pleasing area. The check in process was quick and easy and I decided to walk around the lounge before deciding where I would relax and enjoy some food. This lounge offers both buffet small plate style or you can actually order from the kitchen. They had great breakfast options including, - sweet potato hash - pumpkin French toast or pancakes (not sure didn't eat them) - huevos rancheros (solid for lounge food) -pear smoothie -fruit cup -breakfast bowl with kale and quinoa -croissants -lil muffins - cranberry/orange juice -really nice coffee machine - canned beverages (ex: spindrift) There were at least 7 items on the ordering menu. I decided to try the salmon scramble on toast. While I wouldn't order the dish again I will say that it was plated really nicely. Being able to order to your table was a nice touch and made my experience even more relaxing. Each table had a plug really close by so that you could get work done from anywhere. They also have a full bar that I'm sure pops off in the afternoon/evening. The staff were attentive and constantly coming around to grab dishes and check in. Bathrooms were beautiful and they had a wellness space where you could sleep and showers. Definitely looking forward to visiting again.

I recently visited the Chase Sapphire Lounge at Boston Airport during a busy time in the evening, around 6 PM. Upon arrival, there was a waitlist, but this was expected given the time of day. Despite the initial wait, I was glad to see that the lounge offered a decent selection of food and drinks. The bar area was a highlight, with both grab-and-go plates and dishes you could order fresh. My favorite drink was the Sapphire Cocktail--it had a warm, spiced flavor and a fruity note that reminded me of wine. For food, I tried the Sapphire Burger, which was a classic, well-done choice. I also appreciated that they offered more unique options like the Sapphire Noodles, a gluten-free and vegetarian-friendly dish. However, the noodles could have been cooked more thoroughly, and the dish was overly salty. Overall, the Chase Sapphire Lounge in Boston is a great stop for travelers. While there are some areas for improvement, such as the preparation of certain dishes, the experience is largely positive--especially with their variety of drink options and comfortable setting.
